'Booking Policy'
We kindly request a non-refundable deposit, usually 50% per treatment when booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are deducted from your total treatment cost. The remainder is to be paid in full during your appointment, prior to having your treatment.
We only accept cash & online banking transfers as payments.
If you need to change your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.

'Consent Policy'
Aesthetic Practitioners need to assess client suitability for any desired treatment.
Clients are well informed of specific treatment procedures, associated side effects & best aftercare advice.
All clients will be required to read, complete & sign treatment specific consent forms prior to any treatment given.
Completed treatment specific consent forms are held securely, adhering to GDPR guidelines & evidenced for insurance purposes.
